Attitudes & True Word of Yah: The Unclean Spirit of Infirmity- Luke 13:11-13,16

Updated: Sep 17, 2020

What does Scripture mean by Infirmity? Did you know that this is an unclean spirit? We are commanded in scripture to loose all unclean spirits of our lives. Scripture speaks of our mental weakness. Spiritual relationships with Abba Yah requires us to be of sound Body and Mind.  When we constantly think with our Flesh rather than our Souls, we have a spirit of Infirmity. We must over come the illness and mental blindness in order to walk according to Yah's Will. His Word Ordains our steps but if we are constantly being double minded, then we are not well within our Soul and Spirit. Our Spiritual sickness will spill into our physical lives. If we lack morals, values, love for others/ourselves, we have Spiritual Infirmity If we do not value our Yah given Talents and lay them to waste, we have Spiritual Infirmity.  Everyone of Yah's Chosen has the ability. Those of us who follow and Glorify Abba know that we must be of Sound Mind, which does get tested. The stronger the mind the harder the test. The harder the test the more likely we are to slip back into Infirmity. When we cannot handle the physical realm, We Must Rely on Abba Yah and Yahusha to pull us through. By keeping our Faith and our Minds on the Prize ( Eternal Life) we can overcome Anything. We may fail at times but we Must Never let the world Drag us back to Infirmity Luke 13:11-13 KJV  And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself. 12 And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity. 13 And he laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God. Supporting Scriptures:

Matthew 4:23-24

And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.

24 And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatick, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them.

Acts 3:2-16

And a certain man lame from his mother's womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple; Who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms.

4 And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us. And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them.

Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.  And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.

8 And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God. And all the people saw him walking and praising God:

10 And they knew that it was he which sat for alms at the Beautiful gate of the temple: and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened unto him.

11 And as the lame man which was healed held Peter and John, all the people ran together unto them in the porch that is called Solomon's, greatly wondering. And when Peter saw it, he answered unto the people, Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this? or why look ye so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk?

13 The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus; whom ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go. But ye denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you; And killed the Prince of life, whom God hath raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses.

16 And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.

John 5:4-8

For an angel went down at a certain season into the pool, and troubled the water: whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had.

5 And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years.

6 When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole?

7 The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steppeth down before me.

8 Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk.

Acts 10:36-38

The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:)

37 That word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached;

38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

39 And we are witnesses of all things which he did both in the land of the Jews, and in Jerusalem; whom they slew and hanged on a tree:

Loosing the power of the spirit of infirmity requires using Divine Healing- The Spirit of Life and Victory

Abba's Grace is Enough

2 Corinthians 12:9-10

And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

Isaiah 41:10

Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Abba Yah's Peace is Enough

Philippians 4:6-7

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Our Faith/Service to Yah Is Enough

Exodus 23:25

And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.

The Holy Spirit Intercedes for Us

Romans 8:26-27

Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

Because Abba Yah is enough, we need not worry about the trials of life. We must remember that this is a Spiritual war, we must fight in Spirit. We cannot go into battle being unclean. The Same Spirit that healed during the time of Yahusah is the Same Spirit that lives in Us today. We have the power to heal those who know not what they do. But we cant heal others if we ourselves remain on the fence and try to remain sick when convenient. Its up to us to identify the unclean spirits within us and aide those by Shining the Light on to those Abba Yah calls into our paths.
