In the sermons on Why Yah Does Not Save Every Soul and The Law of The Spirit Life vs The Law of Sin and Death we talked about Leviticus 19. This sermon will go in-depth and explain what these verses mean as well as how they apply to Society Today.
The reason why the world is the way it is now is because we no longer follow the Word of Abba Yah and His Morals, Values, Ethics and Character in society. We may as individuals or in our home to the best of our ability, but there are things within the Moral Laws that Need to be applied to Society to bring it back under the Law of Abba Yah. We will not cover the Laws Yahusha HaMaschiach fulled as they are the verses on Sin, Atonement and Peace Sacrifices.
Leviticus 19 Breakdown
And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be holy: for I the Lord your God am holy.
3 Ye shall fear every man his mother, and his father, and keep my sabbaths: I am the Lord your God.
We should have respect for our parents despite how they have treated us. Just because they were mean or gave us everything we ever wanted does not mean we should mistreat them or disrespect them. We learn disrespect from those who are in our lives, our "Role Models". A well written essay from a student in the UK states:
"Children these days often treat people with disrespect, for example their parents, teachers, elders, classmates, or even a person of the opposite color or even gender. Disrespect in children usually starts with their legal guardian or parents. Children learn disrespect from their parents by how they create a role model for their children, by how they approach and handle certain situations with their child, by the kind of relationship they carry with their spouse in front of their child, how their child sees them treat each other at home, and lastly from simple things like what kind of shows or movies that you allow your child or teen to watch on television."
4 Turn ye not unto idols, nor make to yourselves molten gods: I am the Lord your God.
The question here you need to ask yourself is: What do you hold in your Hearts and Minds that are Higher than your Love and Devotion to Abba Yah? Is it money, your home, wanting to be like your favorite "super star", or even yourself? If you have something you are worshiping more than The Lord God Almighty/ Abba Yah then that is an Idol and you need to repent.

9 And when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not wholly reap the corners of thy field, neither shalt thou gather the gleanings of thy harvest.
10 And thou shalt not glean thy vineyard, neither shalt thou gather every grape of thy vineyard; thou shalt leave them for the poor and stranger: I am the Lord your God.
These verses mean that if you have a farm or even a garden, you should not pick all your vegetables but leave some for those who are poor. I have seen so many people leave food on picnic tables or even in their own yards for those who are in need here in St. Louis County. This is a practice we should do not only in times of distress but when we are well and thriving. It's like those angel boxes I have seen throughout Missouri. People leave what they can and take what they need. Yet if you are a gardener and there isn't an abundance of homeless people in your area, a good idea is to take produce to your the area senior centers or donate to the local homeless shelters.
11 Ye shall not steal, neither deal falsely, neither lie one to another.
12 And ye shall not swear by my name falsely, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the Lord.
Sealing is self explanatory. But what does lying really do to those you lie to? A new study on lying states:
"They say a new study has found lying gets easier for humans the more they lie, because lying changes the brain! Nature Neuroscience reported a study of the amygdala, the part of the brain dealing with emotional responses. The researchers said the amygdala shows up less and less, as we lie more and more."
The amygdala is recognized as a component of the limbic system, and is thought to play important roles in emotion and behavior. It is best known for its role in the processing of fear, although as we'll see, this is an oversimplified perspective on amygdala function.
The reason why in court if you have ever had to give a testimony and Swear to Tell the Truth the Whole Truth and Nothing but The Truth So Help You God is because There Really is No Separation of Church and State. If there was, You would not be asked to Swear by Abba Yah!! This alone is the reason why we Can and Must Take our Nations Back from the Darkness!

13 Thou shalt not defraud thy neighbour, neither rob him: the wages of him that is hired shall not abide with thee all night until the morning.
Our wages that we earn are suppose to be paid same day. Working for Door Dash, I have the option to get paid the same day for a small fee. I know there are some apps out there that allow same day pay and I believe that is at a small rate for direct payment too. Taxation is a form of Robbery!
Our employers holds our wages so they can collect interest and and taxes accumulate more. Abba Yah's Word says nothing about our marital status or our circumstances regulating our pay. The Government is what sets these standards and not all states tax the same. We are being taxed to death and until we Stand for Tax Reform that is equal across the board, Nothing will change.
Federal Tax Withholding
The amount you withhold from an employee paycheck depends on the length of the pay period and the employee's individual circumstances, such as being married or single, or owning property or having multiple jobs.
Taxes in Missouri
Contrary to the claim that Missouri is a low-tax state, we found that this average family of four would have to pay more in income taxes in Missouri than in 27 other states. Closer to home, that family also would pay more in Missouri than in Oklahoma, Nebraska, Kansas, and Tennessee. Our results are just one indicator that Missouri’s income taxes are not among the lowest in the country.

Luke 3:12-13
12 Then came also publicans to be baptized, and said unto him, Master, what shall we do? 13 And he said unto them, Exact no more than that which is appointed you.
When we vote, we are the ones appointing and approving these taxes. We have a choice. If we would establish funds for road repair, schools, and community projects and actually contribute, we wouldn't need the tax system. But since things are not based upon the good moral hearts of man, taxation is the "only" way until we Get Back to Abba Yah's Word and start doing As He First Stated!
14 Thou shalt not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling block before the blind, but shalt fear thy God: I am the Lord.
This verse should be self explanatory. We are not suppose to hinder those who are physically impaired nor mock them for their disabilities. This includes the blind, the deaf, the para and quadriplegic, those who have child birth defects.
15 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.
This verse means that we should hold judgment in our hearts, our minds and in courts to the same degree for All Men and women regardless of their economic status. No person is better than the next and when you hold someone to a higher standard because they are rich and powerful you are Disobeying Abba Yah's Morals and Values and His Character.
16 Thou shalt not go up and down as a talebearer among thy people: neither shalt thou stand against the blood of thy neighbour; I am the Lord.
17 Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him.
18 Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the Lord.
These verses go together because if we are lying and gossiping about our neighbor, our friends and our co-workers we are not in alignment to Abba Yah's Morals and Character. We are not to harbor hate, envy or wish ill will to anyone on this Planet. We are not hold a grudge against the children of disobedience. Everyone has come into contact with smart mouth little children who think they know it all and in our minds we say "if that was my child..." well It is your child! We are to teach children and try to reach them when they act this way. Your are to love them as your self, so therefore take a step back and change your perspective and figure out whats really going on in that child's life and try to help the family or even the child themselves. The More Love we show the More Love Grows.
19 Ye shall keep my statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with a diverse kind: thou shalt not sow thy field with mingled seed: neither shall a garment mingled of linen and woollen come upon thee.
We are not to interbreed our animals. This is a form of genetic engineering. Another term for it is hybridization. If Abba Yah wanted to create zebroid or a liger or whophin He would Have.
Zebra + Any other Equine = Zebroid.
Lion + Tiger = Liger
Bottlenose Dolphin + False Killer Whale = Wholphin.
These hybridization do Not Occur in Nature and are the results of man. The Definition of Hybridization is-the process of an animal or plant breeding with an individual of another species or variety.
23 And when ye shall come into the land, and shall have planted all manner of trees for food, then ye shall count the fruit thereof as uncircumcised: three years shall it be as uncircumcised unto you: it shall not be eaten of.
24 But in the fourth year all the fruit thereof shall be holy to praise the Lord withal.
25 And in the fifth year shall ye eat of the fruit thereof, that it may yield unto you the increase thereof: I am the Lord your God.
Homeguide states that
"A standard, or full-size, tree begins producing fruit four to six years after you plant it. The rootstock may be P.18 or MM.11, which produces a large tree of up to 30 feet tall with an equally wide canopy. You can keep the tree smaller by pruning every year, in late winter or early spring when the tree is dormant."
26 Ye shall not eat any thing with the blood: neither shall ye use enchantment, nor observe times.
For a better understanding of what it means to not eat anything with the blood we need to look at Leviticus 17:11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.
The word “nefesh” (translated here as “life”) refers to the life force in human and animal circulatory systems. The text emphasizes the relationship between blood and life in every way possible: the “life of all flesh – its blood is its life” – that is, life contains the blood; the “life of all flesh is its blood” – life is in a creature’s blood; and, the “life of the flesh is in the blood” (Lev. 17:11) – the blood contains life. Thus, blood may not be eaten, even though an animal’s flesh may be.
The word enchantment means

We are not suppose to practice magic or any type of spells or learn from those who do. This means those TV shows you watch are a form of learning and observation. Did you know that Sabrina the Teenage witch uses Real Spells. The shows creator is a self proclaimed pagan. An article in Vanity Fair writes:

Sabrina’s witchcraft is a fictional blend of magic and mysticism drawing from a variety of subcultures; paganism, which Soper practices, is one of them. Her beliefs made designing this show—helping show-runner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa conceptualize the magical framework around each episode’s action—a professional challenge with deeply personal resonance.
Contemporary paganism, sometimes referred to as modern or neo-paganism, is an umbrella term for belief and practice that encompasses modern witchcraft, including Wicca. The Church of Night in Sabrina is a fictional construct (we . . . hope), but witches aren’t. According to the Pew Research Center, about 734,000 Americans identify as Wiccan or pagan. 27 Ye shall not round the corners of your heads, neither shalt thou mar the corners of thy beard.
28 Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the Lord.
Verse 27 is talking about head binding.
"Head binding also called Artificial cranial deformation is a form of body alteration in which the skull of a human being is intentionally deformed. The head binding process typically begins approximately a month after birth, as the skull is most pliable at this time, and continues for about six months. It is done by distorting the normal growth of a child’s skull by applying force. Flat shapes, elongated ones (produced by binding between two pieces of wood), rounded ones (binding in cloth) and conical ones are among the most utilized shapes."
Verse 28 is not about tattoos!
"The practice of making deep gashes on the face and arms and legs, in time of bereavement, was universal among the heathen, and it was deemed a becoming mark of respect for the dead, as well as a sort of propitiatory offering to the deities who presided over death and the grave. The Jews learned this custom in Egypt, and though weaned from it, relapsed in a later and degenerate age into this old superstition (Is 15:2; Je 16:6; 41:5). “nor print any marks upon you” (v:28 )—by tattooing, imprinting figures of flowers, leaves, stars, and other fanciful devices on various parts of their person. The impression was made sometimes by means of a hot iron, sometimes by ink or paint, as is done by the Arab females of the present day and the different castes of the Hindus. "“Make any cuttings in your flesh” (v:28): the reference here is to the practice of making deep gashes in the skin while mourning the death of a relative. This was done to provide life blood for the spirit of the dead person rather than to express sorrow. 29 Do not prostitute thy daughter, to cause her to be a whore; lest the land fall to whoredom, and the land become full of wickedness.
Do you wonder why the land is wicked now? Where did prostitution begin?

History of Prostitution
The earliest account of prostitution can be found in the list of occupations included in the Sumerian Records, dating back to 2400 BCE. Due to the context of its placement in this list, prostitution may have been associated with temple service work; thus, it would have likely been regarded as an acceptable and legitimate profession, a sentiment that was reiterated less than a century later in the neighboring region of Babylonia when the legal rights of a prostitute were recorded in Hammurabi’s Code.
In the United States, prostitution remained federally permissible and was regulated solely by the state until 1910. In 1900, a citizens’ group called The Committee of 15 was established to investigate and lobby against the existence of prostitution and gambling in New York. In their 1902 report,“The Social Evil,” the group established their opposition to the regulation of prostitution, proposing instead a number of alternative solutions to the perceived problem. Among their recommendations were “improvements to housing, health care, and increasing women’s wages.”
30 Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord.
When is the Sabbath Day?
We should observe the seventh day of the week (Saturday), from even to even, as the Sabbath of the Lord our God. Evening is at sunset when day ends and another day begins. No other day has ever been sanctified as the day of rest. The Sabbath Day begins at sundown on Friday and ends at sundown on Saturday.
Who Changed The Sabbath to Sunday?
The Roman emperor Constantine, a former sun-worshiper, professed conversion to Christianity, though his subsequent actions suggest the “conversion” was more of a political move than a genuine heart change. Constantine named himself Bishop of the Catholic Church and enacted the first civil law regarding Sunday observance in A.D. 321.
On the venerable day of the sun let the magistrate and people residing in cities rest, and let all workshops be closed. In the country however, persons engaged in agricultural work may freely and lawfully continue their pursuits; because it often happens that another day is not so suitable for grain growing or for vine planting; lest by neglecting the proper moment for such operations the bounty of heaven should be lost. —Schaff’s History of the Christian Church, vol. III, chap. 75.
In the Convert’s Catechism of Catholic Doctrine, we read:
Q. Which is the Sabbath day? A. Saturday is the Sabbath day. Q. Why do we observe Sunday instead of Saturday? A. We observe Sunday instead of Saturday because the Catholic Church, in the Council of Laodicea, (AD 336) transferred the solemnity from Saturday to Sunday…. Q. Why did the Catholic Church substitute Sunday for Saturday? A. The Church substituted Sunday for Saturday, because Christ rose from the dead on a Sunday, and the Holy Ghost descended upon the Apostles on a Sunday. Q. By what authority did the Church substitute Sunday for Saturday? A. The Church substituted Sunday for Saturday by the plenitude of that divine power which Jesus Christ bestowed upon her! —Rev. 31 Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards, to be defiled by them: I am the Lord your God.
Here familiar spirits means to talk to the dead or to conjure them up for information. As well as those spirits that run a person who is not Under Abba Yah's Spirit. When we chase after people who mean us harm or have a spirit that is similar to those who have harmed us that is a familiar spirit.

32 Thou shalt rise up before the hoary head, and honour the face of the old man, and fear thy God: I am the Lord.
This means we should respect our elders and learn from them. Youth and adults these days do not respect the elderly. I have learned so much from listening to the stories of those who have lived their lives while working in the nursing field. Our elders have much insight and if we would listen to them things of this world could be different. History Repeats itself because we Dont take the time to listen and change.
33 And if a stranger sojourn with thee in your land, ye shall not vex him.
34 But the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the Lord your God.
We are suppose to treat All people Equally. We are not to hinder another person whether they are from another town or country. We are suppose to love all and accept all. By doing this they will learn from us, Which is what being a light to the Gentiles is all about. The more we shine Abba Yah's Morals, Values, and Character onto the Land, the more people will come to know Him and they will see the difference Following Him Makes in our Lives and will want to know how to change theirs. Righteousness yields prosperity!
35 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment, in meteyard, in weight, or in measure.
36 Just balances, just weights, a just ephah, and a just hin, shall ye have: I am the Lord your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt.
Every store should have the same price for food. Walmart, Schnucks, Kroger, IGA, Aldi should have the same price one should not have to use competitor ads or coupons to buy products and save money. When the System Turns back to Abba Yah things will be fair and all prices will be equal.
37 Therefore shall ye observe all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them: I am the Lord.
The Lord God did not tell us to sit by and say or do nothing. Abba Yah said to Observe All My Statues and Do them. We need to Have those in the government who can make these changes and bring back the Lord God Almighty's Morals Values and Character to this Land.
Oppression Will Not End Until WE Turn Back To Abba Yah. We Must First Change Ourselves, Our Families and Then Our Communities. If you are Already following Abba Yah's Word then You Need to be the One to Run for Office in your community. If You are Already in Office then Run for Higher positions and Let Abba Yah Direct you. It's fine to stand on principles when we are not faced with actually having to act on them. The Reason society is the way it is now is because the Body of Yahusha HaMaschiach has gone Silent and thinks that others will do the work. You need to ask yourself, what can I do to make the changes that need to be made? Sitting by and doing nothing is how we ended up like we are now.
