True Word of Yah & A Reality Check: Threat Metrix & Fintech...Revelation 13

Let's face it, not many mainstream churches will actually teach you what the Scriptures say... On Any Subject. They enjoy sugar coating things to keep your attention and to gain your money.

In these days, its hard to know who to trust and turn to for #Truth and #guiadance. All I can say is this: If you are reading this now, you have found a Light to Lead you in Yah's Direction He wants you to go. We at Lion's Tares are meer messangers, Lights where darkness has fallen. In this lesson we are going to look at what scripture tells us about Bio Matrix.

Revelation 13:13-17

13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,

14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

The Vatican and Time Magazines Report

In an age of disruption and turmoil, Pope Francis calls on the “noble vocation” of business to help create a more inclusive and humane economy. Even as free markets have lifted billions out of poverty—with business “stimulating and developing the immense resources of human intelligence”—too many have been left behind. This Forum offered an historic opportunity for Fortune 500 and Time 100 leaders to engage with the Pope to forge a new social compact for the 21st century.

Editors from Time and Fortune presented Pope Francis with the report of their Global Forum in Rome, attended by select Fortune 500 CEOs, scholars, labor and church leaders and philanthropists. The report, “The 21st century Challenge: Forging a New Social Compact,” was inspired by the Pope’s plea for broader prosperity and lasting ways to lift the poor.

More than 2 billion adults in emerging economies do not have access to basic checking or savings accounts, with women [and] the rural poor more financially excluded than others. Refugees fleeing violence cannot begin to rebuild their lives without access to banking.

Still, there remain obstacles to achieving the World Bank's goal of Universal Financial Access (UFA) by 2020. Among these are the ongoing challenges of servicing hard-to-reach populations.

Here is what we propose: Jump start underserved markets. Companies will support initiatives to produce digital identities for the one-fifth of global citizens who lack one. -Pope Francis

I know what you are thinking, how an improving lives be a bad thing? It is Not a bad thing at all. It is however, the way you go about making the changes that determine if something is good or bad.

What is a Bio Matrix? Do I have one?

Digital businesses need a holistic, layered approach to unmask the true identity of a new account applicant. Relying on static identity data alone is ineffective, as it is easily stolen or spoofed by fraudsters.

Businesses must balance fraud prevention with customer experience: a risk-based approach using digital identity intelligence from ThreatMetrix® can verify low-risk users with minimal friction.

For added assurance, pre-integrated step-up services (including email and device checks) are available for high-risk application via Integration Hub. These can integrate seamlessly with existing decision flows, with minimal IT support and low friction.

The ThreatMetrix Digital Identity Network® has 750 million unique email addresses and 700 million IP addresses; providing an enhanced view of a customer’s true digital identity. When combined with third party services this provides a holistic approach to detecting fraudulent new account registrations while maintaining low friction for trusted users.

2. Google and Facebook

Google and Facebook aggregate demographic and other profile data to offer advertisers desirable audiences. "The distinguishing factor here is that consumers choose to use Google and Facebook's services and implicitly agree to trade some privacy for the convenience of their services," Belkoura said. Since customers pay ISPs directly, they should expect "privacy is respected," he said.

How can my digital data be used against me?

1. Dating Sites

Examples from the series include online dating sites, like OKCupid.com. The report shows how profile questions on the site about things like drug use, religious beliefs and more were transmitted to a data tracking company, along with the user's IP address:

  • When you log in with a username and password to sites like Gmail, Amazon or OKCupid, your behavior can be linked to your real name or email address. [Software privacy specialist] Ashkan Soltani said personally identifying information also can unintentionally "leak" to third parties, even if companies say they have no need for such data; it's not clear what happens to the information once it falls into their hands.

2. Medical Information

Many people don't know their medical records are available to investigators and private attorneys:

  • While many Americans are under the impression that their medical records are protected by privacy laws, investigators and private attorneys enjoy special access there, too.

There are three ways the government and civil attorneys can try to access personal information: a search warrant, which requires the government to convince a judge there's probable cause of a crime; a court order; and the easiest, a subpoena.

What Did they Conclude at the World Economic Forum?

1.)Lack of digital identity limits the development and delivery of efficient, secure, digital‐based Fintech offerings

Identity is currently a critical pain point for Fintech innovators. Many of these innovators are trying to deliver pure digital offerings, but

the process of identifying users consistently forces them to use physical channels. These Fintech innovators now see the development of

a new generation of digital identity systems as being crucial to continuing innovation and delivering efficient, secure, digital‐based

Fintech offerings.

2.)Digital identity would allow Financial Institutionss to perform critical activities with increased accuracy over that afforded by physical identity, and to

streamline and partially or fully automate many processes

Identity is also central to the broader financial services industry, enabling delivery of basic financial products ands services. Reliance on

physical identity protocols introduces inefficiency and error to these processes. Digital identity has great potential to improve core

financial services processes and open up new opportunities.

3.)Identity enables many societal transactions, making strong identity systems critical to the function of society as a whole

Physical identity systems currently put users at risk due to overexposure of information and the high risk of information loss or theft;

they also put society at risk due to the potential for identity theft, allowing illicit actors to access public and private services. Digital

identity would streamline and re‐risk completion of these public and private transactions

I want to thank you for taking time to read this. Here is a PDF file to the information listed from The World Economi Forum. When governments have mettings with corportations and with "religious" officials, We Must Pay ATTENTION!! We cannot change what prophecy states. But we can choose to participate in the coming destruction. This is where we Demonstrate who's Side we are On. Yah or satan, wheat vs.tares, good vs. evil...
