This morning I was reminded the importance of Spoken Word and the Power the Scripture Holds when Yah's Word is verbalized and made known with Sounds from our mouth.

Victoria Segres Bates is a very powerful Sister of ours a True Child of The Most High. I will have her video on "Dont Leave the Blood in Basin" at the end of this post.

What does it mean to Hold the Blood in the Basin? To understand this we must look at Yah's Command to Moses:

Exodus 12:1-6

1And the Lord spake unto Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt saying,

2 This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you.

3 Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their fathers, a lamb for an house:

4 And if the household be too little for the lamb, let him and his neighbour next unto his house take it according to the number of the souls; every man according to his eating shall make your count for the lamb.

5 Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats:

6 And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening.

The Lord God Spoke to Moses and Aaron and told them to let His people know that they would be protected from the Plagues and hardships that were going to come upon Egypt. All they had to do was take the Blood of the Lamb and apply it over their homes.

Exodus 12:7-12

7 And they shall take of the blood, and strike it on the two side posts and on the upper door post of the houses, wherein they shall eat it.

8 And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roast with fire, and unleavened bread; and with bitter herbs they shall eat it.

9 Eat not of it raw, nor sodden at all with water, but roast with fire; his head with his legs, and with the purtenance thereof.

10 And ye shall let nothing of it remain until the morning; and that which remaineth of it until the morning ye shall burn with fire.

11 And thus shall ye eat it; with your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and ye shall eat it in haste: it is the Lord's passover.

12 For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the Lord.

Do you think that if the blood was left in the basin in which they slaughtered the lamb that Yah would have known not to leave the house and the children alone that dwelt within?

It is possible, but as we know when we deceive the Word of Yah, things happen that if we only had listened to His Word could have been prevented. So I doubt in this instance, Yah who Is a Man of His Word would have disobeyed His Own Command and made an Exception.

However, We know the Exception was eventually made when Yahusha/Jesus Died on the Cross for Our Sins. He was the Final Sacrifical Lamb. The Word Made Flesh, The Word That gives Life to those Who Belive and Do. So Why are we Leaving the Blood in The Basin?

In Scripture we are Reminded that the Blood of The Lamb Saves, That We Overcome With the Blood of the Lamb. That our Sins are Forgiven by the Blood of the Lamb. But do you know How this is so???

Let's Take a look at what Scripture tells us we should be doing and why we should not hold the Blood in the Basin.

1. Proclaiming Our Testimonies to others

Revelation 12:11  And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

We cannot give a testamony if we keep our thoughts and words sealed up in our hearts and minds. If we are Not willing to tell the World about How Yah saved us from ourselves, from Hasatan, from the world, then what good is having a testimony? We are to share the Gospel of How Christ died to Save us. His death was not in vaine but neccessary for the Rectification of those who are the Children of the Most High. If we keep silent, how are we Shinning our Lights for All the World to See?

Luke 8:39 Return to thine own house, and shew how great things God hath done unto thee. And he went his way, and published throughout the whole city how great things Jesus had done unto him.

Matthew 10:32 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.

Psalms 66:16 Come and hear, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what he hath done for my soul.

2. Understanding Christ paid the price for our Redemption of Sins

Ephesians 1:7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

Knowing that Yahusha died for our Redemption is key. The Blood of the Lamb who was slain to take away the sins of All who Call upon His Name is sometimes hard to grasp. That is when we reflect on the trasformation in our lives. Once we have given ourselves to God, we change. WE become New Beings under Christ because we have been Redeemed.

What does Redemption Mean?

noun

1. the action of saving or being saved from sin, error, or evil. "God's plans for the redemption of his world"synonyms: saving, saving/freeing from sin, vindication, absolution"God's redemption of his people"

2. the action of regaining or gaining possession of something in exchange for payment, or clearing a debt. synonyms: retrieval, recovery, reclamation, repossession, recoupment, return, rescue; More What does Redeem mean?

verb

past tense: redeemed; past participle: redeemed

1. compensate for the faults or bad aspects of (something). "a disappointing debate redeemed only by an outstanding speech"synonyms: save, compensate for the defects of, rescue, justify, vindicate

2. gain or regain possession of (something) in exchange for payment. "his best suit had been redeemed from the pawnbrokers"synonyms:retrieve, regain, recover, get back, reclaim, repossess, have something returned, rescue; More Knowing that Christ died to Reclaim possession of Our Souls should be the testimony Everyone in Yah should proclaim; for thoses who are still lost Rely on our Testimony. They may not know they need it, but planting the seed is what we are called to do, and once planted Yah determines the growth. For I know where I was without Christ when I was lost and struggling for man to save me. Yet, God whom I have not seen in the Flesh but feel and have come to know was the only one who could change my perspective and my life. For He Gave me Life once I died to the Flesh and understood that there was/is a better way.

1 Peter 1:18-20 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;

 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,

3. Knowing we have Been Justified as if we Never Sinned

This concept is a bit hard sometimes especially when you have taken your Helmet of Salvation (Ephesians 6:17) off. Satan comes to seek and destroy. One of his favorite things to do is to attack your thoughts and mind with the events of the past. He has become quite good at this and when he cannot attack you during the day, he waits to infest your dreams with dispair. Proclaiming the Blood of Yahusha is our Defense. For the Word of God is our Sword our defense when being attacked with thoughts of: not being good enough for this new life we have been given, thoughts of our deepest regrets and past mistakes. These thoughts are designed to trip us, but Pleading the Blood of Christ, renews our minds and our Spirits so the attacks are easier to deflect and to demolish. The Blood of Christ Eliminates our Sins.

Romans 3:24-26  Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

2 Corinthians 5:20-21  Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.

 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

4. Knowing that Jesus/Yahusha Is our Witness that We are Clean

The Son of God testifies on our behalf that we are indeed a new creation! This concept alone should be our driving force for Shouting the Word of Yah!! For if it wasn't for the Blood of Yahusha we would still be living in death. His Blood Eliminates all our sins.

Revelation 1:5-6 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

There are many more reasons for Shouting and Proclaiming the Blood of Jesus. Why would we want to hold onto what God has done for us in our lives? This walk is not ours to bare alone: Galations 6:1-2 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.

 Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

We are called out of the darkness and into the Light so that we are a Beacon and Reflection of God and His Salvation. Proclaiming the Blood of Christ is the Gospel and we each have a responsibility to Share it and to Apply it in our Lives, meer meditaion and reading the Word is no longer enough in these last days. The Voice of God is what this Earth needs now and it starts in our homes.
