The study was published April 26 in Scientific Reports.
As the zinc is released from the egg, it binds to small molecule probes, which emit light in fluorescence microscopy experiments. Thus the rapid zinc release can be followed as a flash of light that appears as a spark.
“These fluorescence microscopy studies establish that the zinc spark occurs in human egg biology, and that can be observed outside of the cell,” said Tom O’Halloran, a co-senior author. O’Halloran is the Charles E. and Emma H. Morrison Professor in Chemistry in the Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences and director of Northwestern’s Chemistry of Life Processes Institute.

Why was Mary Chosen? Because her Devotion to Abba Yah in her heart and Life reflected His Divine Nature as we are All called to Bestow/show into the world

How do we know Yah did not defile Mary but used her? Abba Yah is Not a Yah of defilement unlike the fallen angels who kept not their first estate. Abba Yah used Mary to bring The Son of Man into the Physical Realm so that the veil separating Heaven and Earth would be torn apart and all who believe that Yahusha is Yah's Son Shall be Saved. Israeli Geneticists Confirm Jesus’ Father ‘Non-Human’
The literal blood of Jesus: A team of research scientists in Tel Aviv, Israel did a genetic analysis from a blood sample widely believed to have belonged to Jesus, concluding that Jesus’ biological father was ‘non-human’. The blood sample was discovered on the archeological dig of Ron Watt and his team. Upon completion of their analysis, the lab technicians asked Ron whose blood he had submitted for study, and he replied, "this is the blood of your Messiah". The scientists involved purportedly converted to Christianity as a result of their findings.
When scientists tested the dried, two-thousand-year-old "dead" blood, to their shock, they were able to analyze its chromosomes—which is only possible with living blood. Having 24 distinct chromosomes or 22 autosomes (mother's are duplicated) in addition to 2 (XY) chromosomes, the 22 autosomes of the mother are equal to the corresponding 22 autosomes of the father (one to one) and the X chromosome of the mother (XX) plus the "Y" sex chromosome given by father being (XY).
In total, 2 of His mother's autosomal chromosomes duplicated times 22, plus 1 (X) chromosome + 1 (Y) chromosome = 23 homologous pairs of chromosomes. Thus, His (Heavenly) Father's (Y) male chromosome determined only Jesus’ maleness, while His physical characteristics would have been determined solely by His Mother.
Human cells normally have 46 chromosomes. These are actually 23 pairs of homologous chromosomes. In each pair of chromosomes, one of the pair is from the mother and the other member is from the father. Therefore, 23 chromosomes come from the mother and 23 from the father. In each set of 23, 22 chromosomes are autosomal and one is sex-determining. The sex-determining ones are the X chromosome and the Y chromosome. Females are XX, so they can only contribute an X chromosome to their offspring, whereas males are XY, which allows them to contribute either an X or a Y. If they contribute an X, the child is female, whereas if they contribute a Y, the child is male. The fascinating finding in this blood was that instead of 46 chromosomes, there were only 24. There were 22 autosomal chromosomes, one X chromosome and one Y chromosome. This evidences that the person to whom this blood belonged to had a mother but no human father, because the normal contribution of paternal chromosomes is missing.
The DNA of Jesus is 96% from Mary rather than 50% from Mary as would be normal. So, theoretically, the Holy Spirit had to have inseminated a virginal Mary with the "Y" chromosome of the non-human God of Abraham.

Four samples of the literal, physical blood of Jesus Christ have been discovered and tested: one taken from the Shroud of Turin, another obtained from the Veil of Veronica, one from Ron Wyatt's archeological dig beneath the cruxifixction site, and another brought back by the Knights Templar. No one must know about this place until God gathers his people together again and shows them mercy. 8 At that time he will reveal where these things are hidden, and the dazzling light of his presence will be seen in the cloud, as it was in the time of Moses and on the occasion when Solomon prayed that the Temple might be dedicated in holy splendor.
