He didn't use the Book of Enoch to map out the 6 portals or paths of the Sun using the Universal Law of 3,6,9. Thus we need to follow the 30, 60, 90, degrees of Longitude and not the inserted 15,35, and so on.

Things to Remember as we learn each piece of information

These verses are where we learn of the portals or doors or paths of the Sun as it travels across the sky.

The summer solstice is the day when the Northern hemisphere experiences its longest period of daylight all year. Winter solstice is the day when the Northern Hemisphere experiences its longest period of night all year.

Day and Night are Equal = 364 Days-
This Occurs on the Vernal equinox, therefore the vernal Equinox is our point of our true New Year and Solar Cycle. Yes New Year does occur in the Southern Hemisphere around September as that is when they experience the Autumnal Equinox.
As you see this works for the southern hemisphere which is divided by longitudinal lines. Portal 6 and 1 are markers harvest or planting season depending on location. The World would starve if all the seasons in every area was the same and nobody harvested continually
The Months Can Be Called The Same in The Southern Hemisphere. March and April can be different climates around the world because we still have to do planting and harvesting, so another example of divisions of time is the world wide change of calendars and not following Yahs 1 True Days.
When you divide the map you see how each portal functions and what its purpose it is, for this is an angel who as an ordained purpose after all.

33. And the length of the day and of the night, and the shortness of the day and of the night arise-through the course of the sun these distinctions are made (lit. ' they are separated '). 34. And this is the law and the course of the sun, and his return as often as he returns sixty times and rises, i.e. the great luminary which is named the sun, for ever and ever. 36. As he rises, so he sets and decreases not, and rests not, but runs day and night, and his light is sevenfold brighter than that of the moon; but as regards size they are both equal.
